Visibility

Please ask for our brochure, information and instructions in large print should you need them. Danny Cottage has low ceilings and doorways and exposed and uneven beams throughout so it is not suitable for those who are blind or poorly sighted.

Mobility

Wheel chair

There is a hard standing parking area with a ramp to the cottage. The front door has a sill.

The garden is all grass path ways.

The ground floor has a step to the kitchen and the toilet has a very narrow corridor and door way so would not be accessible for a wheel chair. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are not accessible.

Limited mobility

The stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms are steep and curve around but do have handrails and places to grip to aid going up and down the stairs.

There are low and narrow doorways and steps into the bedrooms.

A bath rail can be installed on request.
